Sabina Bastian is a Certified Executive Coach.

She works with leaders and managers of private and public organisations, helping them hone their leadership skills and executive presence, through processes which liberate potential and maximise impact. She also coaches members of the Women's Executive Network (WXN), as well as Concordia’s John Molson Executive MBA.

Her previous career as a marketing communications executive in renowned international agencies has led her to develop an expertise in market and organisational dynamics. She is recognised for her strategic thinking, her deep listening skills and her ability to quickly get at the heart of key issues affecting individuals and their organisations.

Sabina is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and mentors regularly in the industry. She holds two coaching certificates from Concordia University’s John Molson Executive Centre (ACC and PCC).
